Well, starting this in a new topic since the other one is getting so big. v5 is STILL not recognizing the fact that FSX is connected on my networked computer. v4 works like a charm. All other ACARS programs I use (KAcars, FAcars, The Brown Box) all recognize it with no problem. Help!

Also, Rick have you tried a fresh install as described below?

IMPORTANT You may have to go into the VAFS5 main folder and make sure you run VUpdater.exe as administrator on vista and windows 7

If you have issues with the updater, just uninstall VAFS5 and then download the full installer here:
